We hold the right, at any time, to change or modify the products or prices on our Site, our catalogs, or in any other material that is distributed and related to Carson®. The prices shown on the site (once you are logged in) may differ from prices that are displayed in our catalogs; upon this occurrence, we reserve the right to deem the correct price on any item for sale.

Products marketed and/or sold by Carson® are not designed or intended to be used by children. All products comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act.

Shipping & Under Minimum Order Fees

We have Under Order Minimum Fees in place to cover the cost of us processing and shipping orders that do not meet the minimum order requirements. Please note that all product lines have a total dollar requirement that needs to be met in order to avoid these fees.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the user that placed the order or the business that the user is acting under while placing the order.
